Another Website Has a name similar to Ours: What to do?

Hi there, Everyone:

First, I apologize if this is the wrong forum.

I just found out that another website that sells similar items to ours has a similar domain name.

Ours is:

name1-name2.com

theirs is

name1name2designs.com

We both sell the same types of items.

We registered our site back in 1999

They registered their site in 2010.

What should we do?

Unless they are passing off I think you will have to live with it.
