I have seen many e-mails when expired domain like:
will be listed as available in a couple of days.
The domain name might be of use to you because you are holding a similar domain.

This is a priority offer to you and we are sending it one time.

Is there any service or URL to check all expired domains?

Yes, many. All you need do is search the phrase "expired domains" + "list", "service", etc. to locate such services.

Of course, since most expired domains don't become available for reregistration unless they're undesirable junk (in most cases) such lists are of little use in a competitive market.
