Selling domain, newbie. Some questions

I have a two word (no hyphens) dot com I want to sell. Anyone would understand what the domain is about when they see it. I've had it up and active continuously since 1997.

I'm looking at listing it on sedo, greatdomains or afternic. If anyone has a better list of sales sites I am open to hearing.

I guess my biggest question is this: if I list on all 3 and sell through one site, am I in any way obligated to pay the other sites I listed it on a commission?
