Buying a domain currently held by Sedo/Moniker

I have a domain currently parked at Sedo and is available for buy at Moniker. But Moniker require at least 2.5K to start an offer.

Are there any other way? I can pay at most 1K, are there other vendors?

The owner as set price of at least 2.5k so this is the least that the bidding can start at.

2.5K is set by Moniker web UI, not the owner.

If it is parked at Sedo - there should be the potential to buy through Sedo too.
