auto code for transferring .co domains

problem with registrar

hi,

I want to transfer one .co domain from TUCOWS to my acount of RESELLERCLUB .my problem is curent Registrar
doesn`t give me auto code.they say it doesn`t needs auto code for .co domains.I refered them
FAQ of main site of .co domains
[cointernet.co...]
but they havn`t replied me.

what can i do to get from them auto code?

Is your "registrar" tucows or a resller for tucows ?

In which case they either do not know how to give you the access to the panel that is used to send the auth codes ..or they may themselves not have access to the panel ..they may in fact be reselling for a reseller of tucows ..that has happened before on dot coms .

Try tucows direct ..it can take some considerable time before they will agree to give auth codes direct to an end customer ..tucows resellers are to be avoided like they had the plague ..there are a few good ones ..most are a bad joke.

my registrar found out! that I can transfer .co domains by domain password and not by auto code.I tried it and it worked.

the transferring process failed due to Invalid authorization code.

I don`t know why my current registrar doesn`t give me an auto code?
I don`t know what is their problem.
