= Accepts both logged in clients to post questions, and anonymous visitors.
= Send an advice to those customers who their payments are due date and they didnīt pay.
This stuff Iīve never saw it in any CRM before: The ability to work with tickets submitted via a form inside the webpage AND receive free emails sended by customers directely from their own personal email accounts.
Does this dream-system exists? :-)
