I need suggestions please, I've been in a mess for months.
I have a web browser games project.
multi-domain 16 domains, multi-language 16 languages
examples:
domain1.com -> Spanish
domain2.com -> English
domain3.com -> German
etc etc etc...

monetization -> Google Adsense with automatic ads placed by Google adsense.
Traffic analyzer -> own programming and Google analytics (Google analytics, I don't mind removing it).

The European Union requires accepting and rejecting cookie banners. (here is the big problem)

Measurements ->
Google adsense sets up a banner for European users where you publish ads and select the different types of partners and is valid only on pages that have obvious ads. The rest is not valid.

Google analytics warns that they stop counting visits if measures are not taken with the consent of users from the European Union V2. All CMPs are paid.

Google analytics, transfers data and links Google Adsense to improve ad performance and monetization.

I created a basic JavaScript with accepting, rejecting and configuring cookies so that Google analytics works, but I suspect that it does not work very well, it does not count the visits well I think, even though the Google analytics notices say that everything is correct.

The end user has two banners, my own JavaScript and the Google Adsense one. I don't want to remove the Google Adsense one so that they don't receive other notices from Google Adsense.

What measures are better?

If I use Google tag, I have to manually place the ads strategically and it will reduce monetization performance.

If I remove analytics, it does not transfer the data to Google Adsense to personalize the ads.

If I use cookiebot or similar for the consent banner, they charge me per domain, only a single domain is free.
