Easiest Way To Export Drupal

Hi all ... doeas anybody know of Drupal module that can easily extraxt selected columns from Drupal data base!? I don't want to mess with phpadmin area and I need just Post name, post and time stamp extracted.

I've never used it, but the Views Data Export module sounds promising. just create a View with the data fields you want to export, then run it and save in whatever format you want.
