I have a "fatal flaw" in Expression Engine, in a Detour module
something about not being able to add new 301's to it
Has anybody run into that before?

We don't have many expression engine questions, so I'm sorry to say, this is probably not the place to get the answer.
That said, are you getting a PHP error? You say "fatal flaw". Do you mean "fatal error?" In that case it should give you a line number and a filename to look at.
