Is anyone using the DirectoryPress themes for wordpress for creating directories? I wonder how they stand up against dedicated directory programs (like phpLinkDirectory).
In particular, if you use the directorypress them, can you still do blogs? (I see that you can do articles, but I don't know if you can still have a "blog" per se).
also, what kinds of media can be uploaded to the directory listings? I know that phplinkdirectory can handle videos as well as pictures.
I am just not a big fan of the way that phpld handles articles, and the templates are NOT as nice looking as those for directorypress.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
