Project Management module for CMS?

Does anyone know of a CMS that would be easy and would have a project manager and faq modular?

Have you looked at Drupal?
It has plenty of add-on modules.

I shall recommend you wordpress which is very easy to deploy and a lot of supprting material available on internet.

WEll CMS is also easy to use but i prefer FTP

The OP wants a FAQ and Project Manager module.

Drupal and Wordpress both have project manager modules.

FTP is not an either or - every CMS is going to require FTP to install. If you're FTPing a CMS over and it has a Project Manager module, then okay. But you're not going to get that functionality with static pages and FTP.
