Not WP unless they've taken great pains to hide all traces.

Given that this website is run by CBS, I would bet it's one of the big systems aimed at big publishers. I could be wrong and there's no reason you couldn't make Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, ModX, Silverstrip, etc etc etc look similar.
