I would like to put together a list of questions with answers. You would either look into the list of questions and click onto any to read the answer, or you would do a search and then browse through results.
I think many companies use some software which does this (many times I came across light blue background with questions and answers).
I wonder about which CMS or other application does this?

To add:
It would be something like a knowledge base script or database. Visitors would only be able to browse or search through questions. Then, there would be a form to ask a new question which I can put separately.
