Thumbnail Plugin for Joomla?

I have a regular sized image and a thumbnail. I want to have the thumbnail next to my description and when the click on that, they regular size comes up. I run this site on joomla and I would really like something I have seen where the page grays out and the images comes up. It is not a new window though.

I believe what you are looking for is a "lightbox" pop up plug-in.
