can someone point me where i can download a very good tutorial for joomla 1.5.14?

I could find nothing in google.

You can get a Quickstart Guide and a Install manual there

If you don't find what you need there, I would suggest a print book. I just find that a decent book saves more than enough time to justify the expense and print is still that much easer to use.
