I'm building a wordpress site and I want to use the jCarousel Lite plugin. How do i put this on my site? I'm guessing it has to do with wp_enqueue_script() but can't seem to figure it out.

It depends upon where you want to use it. Implementing it in an article will be different than in a sidebar or header.
