Looking for a term extractor, one that either can be on my server or could be a web service, but unlimited.

Paid or unpaid - doesn't matter.

Can anyone recommend one for me?

Thanks in advance.

Looks like the Yahoo! one is dead. Is that what you were using?

What do you need exactly? I mean do you need something automated to crawl the whole site and spit out reports, or just ones that you can put in a page at a time and see what you get?

I just googles on "term extractor" and there are some promising ones, but the Yahoo! Pipes one looked like the best of them.

Yahoo decided to continue its api due to the fan fare, but I need it for something more than 5000 queries per day, and something that is commercial.

Didn't know if anyone had one they preferred or had experience with.
