Looking for Pre-Built "Coupon Site" Software

We are looking to launch some coupon sites that will allow us to easily administrate the look & feel of a site w/ different categories all linking to various affiliate network accounts, etc.

Actually found a very cool offering that is extremely close to what we want, but seems more oriented toward outright purchase scenarios as opposed to coupon codes. <snip>
Does anyone know of a pre-made program for license that can fit the requirements?
