Would you build Wiki entirely on WordPress?

Hi folks,

There are currently two plugins for building wiki on WP.
[wordpress.org...]
[wordpress.org...]

As Mediawiki is notorious for its sophisticated design (hard to modify) and resource-hungry, I'm wondering if anyone is using Wordpress to build a Wiki?

What are the advantages and disadvantages over mediawiki? If you could make a choice again, would you still go for wikipress or wp wiki?

While waiting for replies, I just found out one more wiki for WP. The plugin integrates Tiddly wiki into the dashboard (control panel) of WP.

Sorry.... I guess no wordpress wiki people. I wonder how large the user base is for these plugins.
