thanks for the help and advice regarding the PDF/Email issues in joomla as well as the google duplicate content issues I was running into.

It looks like the site is finally getting some traffic from Google. albeit only a trickle of one or two visitors a day. That is still a lOT better than it was.

Now that i know it isn't in complete banland, I'm going to go back, add content, check the metatags etc.
