How to use WP's post rating plugin?

I have installed post rating plugin, and I want to display the rating on my post.

I went to plugin setting and found code like: %RATINGS_IMAGES_VOTE% (<strong>%RATINGS_USERS%</strong> votes, average: <strong>%RATINGS_AVERAGE%</strong> out of %RATINGS_MAX%)<br />%RATINGS_TEXT%

Then I copy and posted it on my post template, but it didn't work.

So how to correctly use post rating plugin?

That particular plugin appears to have a usage page and the developer has community forums. Have you consulted those resources?
