How to let visitor register as a member of my wordpress blog?

I want to let people post articles on my blog.

In your admin screen clikc on the link that says "Users" over on the far right.

If you want them to be able to self-register, you have to enable that. Look for a link on the Users screen.

I see, I got a self register link after changed that setting. SoI just put that register link on my blog.
