CMS Recommendations - e-commerce and subscription capable

Can anyone reccomend a decent open source CMS. Will Joomla do this? or is there a better one with a focus on e-commerce rather than blogging.

The Drupal e-commerce module can handle most of what you're looking for. Then you may need to add in some stuff for multi-media. See:

Also, if you want MS hosting, I believe that DotNetNuke can do subscriptions via Paypal without additional modules. Hopefully someone can confirm or deny that (or you could try it, it's free).
