CMS for Latin America - Spanish, Portuguese, English

Need to setup ecommerce and Web Sites in LatAm

Need to setup web sites for a software business - ecommerce in Latin America. If the different countries within the region are to localize for promotions etc. this requires Spanish and Portuguese Languages - and CMS interfaces.

Who's got some experience with international web site content management? What do you suggest?

I can't help, but just to be clear, are you expecting users to choose their locale or are you hoping to locate them automatically by IP and send them to the right site (which I suppose has it's advantages except that last time I went to YouTube it was in Polish and I couldn't set it right).
