best CMS for an online dictionary?

What would be the best CMS for an online dictionary? This will be for a niche topic, and will have brief definitions followed by longer explanations.

For something that specific, I'm not sure that a CMS would be the best way to go. It seems overkill.

There should be plenty of "online dictionary" scripts available, or write your own if that's an option.
