News CMS providing: private + public sections, seo urls, very light

Currently I use Drupal but I need a very light script for this job

Does anybody know a script that fits the following:

Very light - add/edit/delete content
Category control
SEO friendly urls
Public news area and private (login) news area
PHP 4, I would prefer SQL over flat file but will consider CSV systems

I realize that this is all possible with Drupal or any number of other CMS’s, but I really want something very small and easy to theme.

I really don’t want a CMS with additional functionality; it just provides the client with ‘BIG IDEAS’ and things to go wrong… with respect.
