Can you plug in a WYSIWYG editor without a CMS?

I am designing a site and don't want to use a CMS for the whole thing. However, I would like to allow one page to be edited by non-technical personnel. Is it possible to "plug in" a WYSIWYG html editor on just that page, so someone can log in and edit that section?

The only way I know to do it is to use a full CMS, but I don't want to be confined by that because of specific design considerations of this site.

Any suggestions?

Client side CMS solutions would do the trick. With these you can more easily configure the site so that only some pages are editable.
Contribute is one example but I think there are other WYSIWYG type editors that will interface with live sites.
Superbloggging is another that's form based like an on-line CMS so might be easier for the client to use.

Alternatively you can try a WYSIWYG like SPAW or FCKEditor. That might be what you are after.

I'll second TinyMCE. There are several CMS applications that employ it - Drupal being one of them.
