Blog Tag Generator for previous written articles

Does anyone know of a tool that will allow me to create tags for delicious and technorati, etc. for articles I have already written?

I have approx 200 posts but never installed an automatic tag generator - now I have all these posts and want the software to go through all of these posts and add tags. There is a ton of software out there but none seen that can go through "old" blog entries "already" written...
