Hi folks,
I am not sure if I shall call this feature Dictionary. Please refer to this URL: [money.cnn.com...]
As you can see, for keywords like target. COM, netflix.com, they are all linked to some pre-defined URLs. I want a CMS with such feature so that I can set keywords and links to these keywords. Whenever a keyword occurs in an article, it will be automatically linked to a URL.
It would be nice if the "dictionary" feature can be integrated with in-line link feature (like this: [miva.com...]
Thanks!

Typo3 has more than one extension that does just this. On typo3.org, go to extensions and search for glossary. I think there should be something to your taste in that list.

Joomla has a glossary extension that does this too.

If you're looking at building some thing for yourself, most of these tend to use overlib - a javascript library.

We use within Site Sapiens CMS ( [sitesapiens.com...] ) AJAX-based dictionary like this [cmsdevelopment.com...]

However I’ve written this small library as open source, so you can use it with, I guess, any CMS…
