Which number should be used when listing conversions?

Our site is currently converting traffic from certain sites at 1 in 20, but from other sites that don't have the type of traffic would be interested in a military site like ours, we get conversions up near 1 in 250. Which number do I use to advertise my affiliate program?

Both. Savvy affiliates (and they are the ones likely to generate the bulk of the business) know the numbers anyway --they'll appreciate the straight talk. Those that have low conversions won't feel like you've misled them with unrealistic expectations.
