Some of it covered in this locked thread, but still unclear to me:

[webmasterworld.com...]

I check my Referrers from Google, cache results show up with 20-35 Referrals
for one search phrase containing the cache - and this for many "cache search phrases".

Is there a webtrends glitch/patch to this?

Anyone else with this problem?

like this for example:

302 290 "http://www.google.de/search?q=cache:KEq6svIgYyQC:www.mydomain.com/whatever.html+atome+-+Mensch&hl=de&ie=UTF-8"

and the same line over and over again

Are you redirecting cached pages?

redirecting?
could be

i had some files with "_" in the html-file and changed them to "-", and when there is a 404-error, it redirects to the index.html - is that bad?

No, if the page is not there any more it's fine. Just make sure itøs a permanent redirect - not a temporary.
