understanding url's in log-files

i don't know much about logfiles, so forgive me if this one is too easy for you :)

so can you tell me what the difference between this url's is:

[google.de...]

[google.de...]

for the first url my keyword is in good position, for the second it is on the 3rd site. i tried to do the search with other options, changing the language, country, but i never get the first url (the one in my logfile)

The "start=10" part of the first URL indicates that this is the second page of results with user preferences set to 10 l results per page. So, the second URL is "better" as far as your ranking goes.
