Webalizer's history file

Hi all,

I've just run the latest analysis on our logs, and it seems to be screwing with the history.

Novembers end of month stats sat at 12,000 visits, after running the mid december logs, the Webalizer results say November was just 3,000.

My webalizer.hist file is only 197 bytes in size, and has been working fine up until this month.

I do get loads of "truckating oversize request field" & "string exceeds storage size" errors, which the FAQ explains, so can't see how it could be that.

anyone got any thoughts?

Do you have control over the main config file, or is it provided by your host?

The manual warns that changing config options can corrupt incremental processing, maybe this could be an explanation?
