Good/Bad or just plain Ugly?

Welp, here we go with another new one in my access log files. The only thing it wanted, so far, was just one image.

I allow all.

It hit one image and stopped. So, I took that momentary lapse in 'attention span' to ban it in my .htaccess file.

Any one have any comments on this one?

I've banned them too because I'm not paying bandwidth charges so they can make art. Phooey. :)
