Indeed ! The e-business version is very expensive but if you have a fairly small site then the professional version will do, i have been using it for the past couple of years and have found it to be pretty good :)

I'm a fan of NetTracker - I haven't seen anything with comparable drill-down capability. It's too bad the price is so off-putting. One really has to use a cost-justification process to select the sites where it will be used.

I completely agree about the price. You have to really think about where you are going to use it. Many clients aren't ready to take the leap. Then, if they're a hosted site getting their admin to give access to the statistics is another battle.

But when I compare it to WebTrends I pick NetTracker hands down everytime.

The reports are set up to be really intuitive and the drill down capability is super. It's what I always want in a report.

This upgrade to 6.0 is great. Its a whole new program.

The abillity to view all reports by time frame is nice. You can now click last years day or week and get all info on it for a comparison.

Very Nice

I have just upgraded my NetTracker, it does look like a completely new program however looking further into it they don't seem to have made that many changes apart from cosmetic ones. It seems that they are trying to get their product to look more like WebTrends with all the Fancy Graphs.

Having said that I must say that I much prefer the New User Interface to the Previous one, and it does seem a bit quicker than the previous version, even though it does appear that it is essentially the same product.

What are your thoughts has anyone had any good/bad experiences of the new version?

The abilty to view by time period is huge. Every report has the ability to break down for any day, week, month quarter or year.

I have some custom reports that tracks referers by keyword groupings. The old Nettracker would let me see Yesterday,Today,Month to date, and Monthly. Maybe I cold have set it up better I don't know. The new version lets me with a couple of clicks drill down into data thats a year old for a specific date and see every thing that happened.

This was a big upgrade for me.

I quite agree that is is much easier to group reports by date however it was possible in the previous version however it required a lot of messing about to get the desired report.
