Stange AV mixed with Yahoo referral

Can anyone explain this?

What does "poa=yahoo01" supposed to do here?

If you search at Y! and then click the link at the bottom of the SERP's to search AV then you get that string.

I did not know that.

From the string I replaced by "gizmo" I think some client is double checking my reports. ;)
