featureprice.com + awstats = cannot detect robots

Anyone out there have problem detecting robots using awstats ?

Hello, I am currently using awstats on featureprice.com webhost. However I can't seem to get the robots part working. It is able to read the .pm libary of "Search_engines". So I assume it can also read the robots.pm file. But it still isn;t working!
A close look at the "hosts" list reveals robots ARE visiting. such as crawl1.googlebot.com.

Is anyone at the same situation as I am?

That is definately one you'd have to get the host to look into. There are dozens of ways that it can be configured.
