Strange IE user-agent string

Just got this one in my log:

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows 98; RUV; T312461

Anybody knows what it represents?? an id of some sort??

Can't say as I've seen that one. RUV is a common set of Russian initials?

T312461 is a security update for MSIE 5.5
RUV could be any kind of addon, addin etc.
never seen it before either.
