I am not sure the data is still available, but you can read the suggestions that were available for downloading last May: [webmasterworld.com...]

UA was open for data downloads for a time, but if there is no data, there is nothing to download. I am not sure GA data is available, there were several discussions when GA4 came out as to how to get the old data. GA4 replaced GA a few years ago.
You can look through older threads from 2022 - 23 to see whether and how others got their data: [webmasterworld.com...]
