Active users are 0 in certain hours every day in analytics

Hi, My GA4 report shows Active users 0 in certain hours every day as you can see here :

while on the sessions report we have sessions and that one is not zero :

is this something critical affecting my site or something is going wrong with ga4 ?

It's more than 2 weeks when I check analytics it shows active users 0 in 2 to 4 hours midnight, before, it was normal (was low but not zero), I did nothing special on my site or analytics settings.
On the other hand I see sessions in this hours and it's just active users which shows zero.
on my first post I made mistake and sent same images, on second post you can see the report (of one day, other days are same)

Obvious question: is your site content very region-specific?

It is always possible that GA's computer takes a long nap every day, and any data for that period is processed when they wake up again. (With G###, nothing is impossible.)

As with any GA-related question, it is worth checking your access logs to compare logged visits with GA requests.

answer is yes, region-specific but not very,
I'm monitoring uptime of my site and there is no problem in that hours, also logs show that people using the site and we have new users registering on our site on that hours every day. It seems there is a strange pattern in ga active users report !
