GA4 set up "You do not have editor permissions."

Greetings and Gidday from Downunder folks

Trying to set up GA4 on existing UA account per the Google support step by step.

Successful with a number of sites, but one where I have property view level admin access, BUT NOT account admin access, reports "You do not have editor permissions. Contact your account admin."

This is weird to me. If I have admin level access on the property, and that's where the GA4 property view is being created, why do I have to contact the account admin?

Is there a way to get around this, or will the account level admin have to give me access, or do the setup themselves?

30/5/22: UPDATE.

FYI anyone who has same issue in future.
GA account admin had to give me admin level permission at master account level. Property & App level admin access just didn't cut it.
Was able to "create" GA4 property view, but now down to master account admin holder to add the ID to Google Tag Manager.
