I'm monitoring my facebook and google analytics data but somehow it's not working the same. Like both are showing me different data. What is the reason?

Attribution and tracking systems are very different, and many settings can make them moreso.

Analytics, for example, is a click only tracking platform, it does not (normally) track View Through conversions.

You should be able to do find articles on this subject.

My only advice is to make sure you tag all paid ads links in FB, so at least when you do use Analytics, you're seeing the full picture (as it's meant to be seen in Analytics).

It makes no sense to compare these two giants
They have different verification algorithms.
The list of data they check also varies.
