Why I keep getting affiliate links inside my GA Organic results?

I am checking my GA results for the Organic channel and I am noticing that for specific periods I am getting dozen of affiliate links including the "/?click_id" and then the affiliate identification number.
Well, the question is not why I am getting in general these links, as it's part of our marketing and it's fine, but why are they appearing under the Organic section.
Shouldn't they belong at the referral channel?

jediviper, this may not answer your question, but if your landing page with the click id is getting indexed and appears in organic... and then someone clicks on it, then the url with the "/?click_id" string would show in organic in your GA report.

Are you absolutely certain that these are affiliates?
Please omit the domain and post an example of the exact data pair you are referring to.
Like "?click_id=123456".
