Google Analytics - Not Catching Realtime Visitors?

Has anyone noticed since yesterday, the GA is not catching all the real time users?

I have not noticed that specifically. But I have noticed that GA has become very buggy over the past few weeks and that things have been changing such as the date and page settings when you switch between properties and views. Google appears to be doing work on GA.

I was getting illegal operation errors yesterday, for normal reports I pull. Definitely some maintenance in progress.
