how to avoid of dups url created through my blog

i had a blog on my website and my blog creating tag pages and category pages so kindly help me how should i avoid tags and category for making duplicate pages error on blogs sections

This sounds like the normal behavior of WordPress. Simply leave those URLs off your sitemap. There are plugins to manage sitemaps and meta data for SEO to help prevent duplicate content.
