Google Search Console & Analytic not showing accurate data

I come with a query. Please take a look.

Today i checked that Google Search Console & Analytic not showing accurate data.

Analytic Data

Keyword: Melbourne Builders
Searches: 4400
Click: 2
Impression: 26
CTR: 7.69%
Avg Position: 9

Webmaster Tool Data

Keyword: Melbourne Builders
Searches: 4400
Click: 2
Impression: 8
CTR: 25%
Avg Position: 1

And when i am searching in google with Location Australia , the position is 111

Whats going on!

I am Confused!

Anybody there to help me out?

Just a heads up that both Google Analytics and Google Search Console are in the middle of major updates and recalculated stats.

Wait a couple weeks and do your comparison then.
