Real Time Overview is interesting

I am trialing webchat at the moment so I also have Analytics Real Time overview open and it is quite an eye opener. I had thought our site was fairly busy, for a niche b2b site that is, but what that translates to when looking at Analytics Real Time overview is much time of absolutely no activity followed by a page here or there, then half an hour of nothing, then a flurry of 3 pages then more absolute nothing .....

It really is an eye opener. I suppose I shouldn't have expected anything different after all it only takes a moment to request a page from a server and those moments could be spread thinly ..

Yeah, b2b can be a slower amount of traffic which means making the most of each visitor.

Annoyingly the chat program wakes up even when robots request a single page. I think I can adjust the triggers so it will filter them out but I want to be alert when real visitors come.

Hi @martinibuster, yes, making the most of every visitor is vital. I wish for a lower bounce rate, more engagement and conversions.
