Google Analytics corrupted?

I'm seeing this

"Secret.ɢoogle.com You are invited! Enter only with this ticket URL. Copy it. Vote for Trump!"
"?.com search shell is much better than google!"
Plus more in hieroglyphics

It's appearing in the language reporting section.

Anyone else seeing it?

I have a screen shot. Reading up about it, apparently it's been going on for a couple of years. Any known consequences?

It is some kind of referrer spam - I have seen it in another log analytics package too.

Ignore it and never follow those links.

I've seen a great deal more referrer spam recently. I thought it was going to eventually tail off, but, no, it continues.

It's annoying that it sometimes send the stats out of kilter, but, yes, ignoring it is easiest.
