As they describe it:
VigLink identifies commercial products mentioned within content and links them to destinations determined in real-time, advertiser-bid auctions.
It's an ad network. If you use ads on your pages, this might be one of their "partners". Otherwise, one of your visitors may have been hijacked. I'm sure there are other explanations, also.

<boilerplate comment that has become necessary in recent years> You'll need to find out whether someone actually visited your site, or if they're just telling your analytics that they did. </boilerplate>

Someone did visit and placed a large order. We do not use ads on our pages. We do have a Display Campaign in AdWords. Are they in the AdWords Display network or did Google Analytics not tag the visit correctly?
"We do not use ads on our pages." Do you have any affiliates?

RhinoFish,
Google AdWords, but we do have products on Amazon Store and eBay and according the the support link you provided: "The only affiliated links our code is capable of reaffiliating are Amazon and eBay links. Rest assured: when a customer clicks on your affiliated links, those links will maintain their original affiliation." But they did not retain their original affiliation, said they were from - redirect.viglink.com / referral
