Recently I found on my blog this error. it makes my blog site running slow. someone just now I fix it? and my blog is not running well? I do a blog on wordpress.

This error does not make your blog run slow, because it's a client-side Javascript issue (the jQuery library is not loaded). If your WordPress blog is slow, perhaps it's hosted on a slow or overloaded server. Plug-ins and themes can be at fault, too. Disable your plug-ins one at a time to see if your load time improves.

As for jQuery, check your source code and make sure the jQuery library is loaded. Example:
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.2.0/jquery.min.js"></script>
